Ripa Concrete Cutting were called in by Ausmott Constructions Pty Ltd to stitch drill, burst and remove concrete mass fill blocks out at The Langston, Epping from September 2023 to March 2024.

Works consisted of stitch drilling a series of holes (ranging from 1000mm to 2000mm deep) before bursting sections of concrete with a Tyrolit Burster ready for removal. This was achieved by drilling holes into the concrete blocks and installing one-tonne eyebolts for concrete to be removed by others.
